To be honest, I didn't know anything about NAMM in LA which was held 01-20,21,22-2012. I just visited LA for 2 days on the way back to Japan and planned to stay with my friends there. Then heard about NAMM.
It was cool to be there actually, I could meet so many people whom normally I didn't get to see.
Nickey, the Quaze's home girl came to pick me up at the airport and we were hanging at the recording studio where Quaze's cousin Joseph owns. I have visited there before so it was nice seeing them there. Quaze is the PFunk member and producer for the soundtrack < Undercova Brother> with Bootsy Collins and Snoop Dog.
We went to NAMM the next day and we got there too late for us to get in the inside but you know whom we ran into???
The venue for NAMM is huge and there are so many people came out to hang and network with. It is at Convention center in Anaheim and we parked the car at Disneyland parking lot.
Me, Nickey and Quaze were walking around to find a spot to get inside.
Then we found Tracey Lewis and Sonny Cool walking outside of the venue. Tracey is a son of George Clinton and Sonny Cool is the manager/promoter and best friend of Bootsy Collins and George Clinton!!!
I missed the Bootsy Collins show the day before I go there and George was there hanging too but George left for Vegas early on the day I visited NAMM...Bootsy was still hanging with his wife tho!
I was glad that I caught up with some PFunk members. Michael Hampton from PFunk was there calling me to say HI too!Also, Allan Bernard who is a Tech for Bootsy Collins. He just left LA before I got there...>< I should have known about the Bootsy show earlier!!! TM Stevens and Blackbyrd were there too!!! I missed seeing them...I heard Stevie Wonder, Faith Evans and Earth Wind and Fire members were there too! So as many other musicians. Damn... I missed all...
But its all good. I met the drummer, Michael Crevier finally after chatting so many times on FB!
Also We met one of the PFunk members that became before P-Funk, whose name is Mike Fortune. It was at the hotel lobby where everyone was networking along with live music.He was super cool.
We visited Sonny Cool's hotel room, there many people gathered and great net working was going on.
It was first time to see and chat with him, he was super cool! He had his singer girl-Melissa who got a big tits and hanging out saying .... I wanna pop out!!!lol 
Anyways, he kept telling me that he wants to work with me to do anything. Lets see what we can do then!!!;-)
